How its works

2. Once approved by our site editors we start promoting your property. All we ask of you is to keep your property availability charts up to date, with 24 hour online access this is easily done.
3. Once we find a client who wishes to book they simply complete our live online booking form, agree to your terms & conditions and secure the reservation by paying a £35 deposit online using either a credit or debit card. The £35 deposit acts as our commission and confirmation that the booking is genuine.
4. An e-mail is then immediately sent with all the full booking booking details, you are then responsible for all remaining element of the reservation process. You may require a higher deposit in which case this can be detailed within your terms & conditions and requested from the customer once a confirmation invoice has been issued.
5. In addition to featuring your property within our live online booking system you may also add a link to your web site where customers may also book, through our booking engines, allowing you to keep all bookings in one area.
